Kick Boxing Tips

  1. Be cool while punching bags. Don't punch hard unless you are doing kickboxing for burning calories. If you are player punch lightly and focus on your punches going in right way. Others can continue for burning calories quickly. Players are also advised to hit hard. But hit bags lightly when you exhaust. So this well help you to calm down for some time and you can again continue hitting hard.
  2. Start with shadow boxing and kicks.
  3. Try to push little more hard when you are exhaust. This will help you to increase your stamina.
  4. Drink water regularly to maintain your body level. So you will not feel much exhausted. Use some cool clothes for sweat.
  5. Play with the player who you know that you cant beat him, and ask them about their techniques. Make a relation within you so he/she will feel ease to share their knowledge with you.
  6. Make your both hands strong for punching. Just don't be a right hander or left hander, a kickboxer should have both hands and both legs strong.
  7. If you cant dominate our opponent just make them uncomfortable by doing some side boxes and make your opponent feel that you are dominating him/her.
  8. Always look your opponent. See in eyes ad have a look on his/her body.
  9. When you get exhausted try to be little defensive and Keep Breathing for 2 3 seconds.
  10. First at the start look your opponent how is he/she at you. Are they aggressive or defensive, then play your game on your strength and in weakness.
  11. If you are going to play a tough bout against a famous kickboxer just try to get some of his her videos and try to find his difficulties and strength.
  12. If your opponent is aggressive at you just make sure you dont get hit. Make his her all boxes and kicks misfire. So he/she will lose a lot of calories after some misfire punches and kicks and then you can attack and dominant when your opponent stamina is down.
  13. Try to save your energy during bouts.
  14. Be active make sure you are moving your legs. Don't get stuck at a corner of the ring.
  15. when you have less time and have to score more to beat your opponent just be little fast in punching and kicking like when 1st punch goes make sure other punch or other kick just goes to your opponent.
